At Surprisingly, delivery is not simply about moving a package from one address to another. The delivery is part of the surprise.

We arrange shipping from our side and work to make sure that the experience is smooth, exciting and memorable for both the sender and the recipient.

1. Delivery Arranged by Surprisingly

Shipping and delivery are arranged by Surprisingly for eligible orders. Our team coordinates the preparation and delivery process so that the customer does not have to manage the logistics themselves.

2. Delivery Address

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. This may include the recipient name, house/flat/building number, street/locality, city, state, PIN code, recipient contact number, and a landmark where useful.

An incomplete or incorrect address may result in delivery delays or failure.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during the ordering process or through applicable order communications.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on delivery location, order preparation, item availability, delivery partner, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, and unforeseen circumstances.

Any delivery estimate should therefore be understood as an estimated timeframe rather than an absolute guarantee, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Recipient Availability

Because Surprisingly is designed to create a real surprise moment, recipient availability is important. Where reasonably possible, our delivery process may involve contacting the recipient or coordinating delivery when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the surprise wherever practical.

5. What Happens If the Recipient Is Not Available?

If the recipient is unavailable, we may attempt to arrange another delivery attempt. If delivery ultimately cannot be completed, our Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy will apply.

Depending on the circumstances, we may issue account credit or a coupon of equivalent eligible value.

6. Delivery Tracking

Where tracking is available through our delivery partner, relevant tracking information may be shared with the customer. Not every delivery method may provide real-time tracking.

7. The Surprise Experience

We may use suitable packaging, presentation and delivery methods intended to create a premium and memorable experience. The exact packaging, presentation or delivery method may vary depending on occasion, location, availability, nature of the surprise, and logistics requirements.

8. Delivery Delays

We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the communicated timeframe. However, circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, public events, strikes, natural events, technical issues, and logistics-partner disruptions.

Where we become aware of a material delay, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the same.
